Two sisters and a bakery on Main Street.

Cedar & Crumb was started by sisters Maya and Ruth Delgado. We opened our doors at 211 Main Street in 2019, and we're still a family-run bakery and café.

Everything we sell is baked from scratch, every day. That's the whole idea. No shortcuts, nothing shipped in from somewhere else.

Our flour comes from Montana Milling, so the bread you eat in Bozeman starts with grain milled in Montana.

Today we serve breakfast, lunch, pastries and coffee at the counter, make custom cakes for birthdays and weddings, and deliver breakfast boxes to offices. We also bake bread for six local restaurants, and we'd love to bake for more.
