Bakers
Join the early-morning crew baking bread and pastries from scratch for the day ahead.
Baristas
Run the counter and the espresso machine, and greet our regulars and our visitors.
About the schedule
Shifts start early, because that's when a bakery wakes up. We open at 7am Tuesday through Friday and 8am on weekends, and the baking starts well before that.
